We had no issues with the stove itself, but we're sorry if it did not exceed your expectations -The cleaning fee is only charged per stay and the cleaner will only clean the property once. As the cabin is in the mountains, we offer the very best internet service available, and though cell service isn't available as is stated in the listing, we have a landline with unlimited long-distance calling. We're sorry for any inconvenience. -We understand that mattress taste is subjective and were sorry to hear that those in the cabin did not meet your expectations, though they are in good condition. -Regarding cleaning of the cabin, we simply ask that renters place their bed linens in the bathtub and their dirty dishes in the dishwasher; this is not a requirement but a request. This home is a typical mountain cabin with a gravel driveway and no one has had a problem in the years these homeowners have rented, however, we apologize for the issues you faced with your car. Additionally, our listing does give step by step instructions on how to locate the cabin, but we're sorry if you had problems with your GPS. The owners of this property have a caretaker for the grounds and a cleaning service for the inside. The caretaker, Liz, is always available to address any and all concerns that guests have before or during their stay.
