It’s a decent older property, tucked away off the highway. Lots of food options close, the breakfast they offer is very carb & bread based with limited hot options. They are first come first serve, unless you can talk the attendant into providing more. The rooms can stand some more updating focused on the tub/showers, door locks/security, & finishing trim.

Nice, clean! motel
We just needed a clean, quiet place to stay for the night before moving on up the road. We were pleasantly surprised by this small motel in Madisonville. Most significantly, the room was very clean and had no tobacco, pet, or mildew smells that seem so prevalent in this industry. The front desk staff were polite and very helpful.

Adequate hotel but not great
The bed was very comfortable but other things such as vanity sink faucet was very loose and toilet seat was broken. Bath tub had mildew. The service was adequate. Overall the hotel was ok but not as nice as we expected

Well right off the bat king size suite room had hair inside bed so switched to another double suite that was ok but ac wasn’t the best had to keep it on 61 just to keep room cool and that’s only because that’s the lowest temperature it will allow and no toilet paper in room only a small amount from last guest I guess.. crack in walls throughout both rooms and hotel outside… went down one flight of stairs to outside and it was locked so if fire well you would not have gotten out this way

Disappointing. It was so hot when I arrived. Then the toilet would not flush. Tried to call front desk but the phone in the room did not work. When I got in bed I realized there was a huge dark stain on the comforter!

Mixed feelings
This hotel isn’t that old, but the maintenance has not been that good since it already feels like an older hotel inside the rooms. The staff was very accommodating for my physical struggles and ended up giving us a suite instead of making us climb the stairs to a second floor room, which I greatly appreciated! The “suite” had a kitchenette that was dark and gloomy like a cave and the fridge was rundown looking as well as the whole room. The bathroom door was dirty with stuck on stuff and grime from hands. The toilet flushing mechanism was broken and you had to push the handle back up to stop it from continuing to run. The sofa and reclining chairs were old and dirty. Thankfully the beds were ok. The whole room just felt gloomy and unpleasant overall. It wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, but it certainly wasn’t 4 stars or above. The lighting and decor needs major overhaul ing for this place to have a better feeling. I would rate the staff a 4.5.

The safety latch and door frame were pulling off the hinges. This made the extra safety latch in arable. Metal decorative pieces were coming off the bed. My son caught his arm on one. The tub surround had caulk missing and more pieces were breaking off during a shower. Satellite TV didn’t work Floors were so dirty that the bottom of white socks were black after walking around.
