We had plenty of room, the accommodations were so nicely appointed, and the house had everything we needed. With 4 kids (and one of them falling into a creek on one of our hikes, lol), the washer and dryer were great to have, and we all enjoyed the fire pit across the street on the water where we roasted marshmallows and hot dogs for dinner one evening. "The property was as advertised. Immediately upon walking through the door I began to wish we were staying longer. Cozy Bear had everything we needed and more. It would be great for a weeks long vacation sadly we were only there two days. Everything was at our fingertips and would be just like you wanted. Plenty of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen space. All neatly packaged for our convenience. I highly recommend Cozy Bear for a lengthy stay or even a couple of days. Awesome experience!"

"We had the best time discovering the hidden gem that is found in Greenback, TN and Tellico Lake. We loved the many hiking trails and beautiful scenery of this portion of TN, which gives you the benefits of the Smokeys without the human congestion that you find at the national park. Captain Dave was a wonderful host."

"Granddaughter was getting married over the weekend. This cabin allowed for the whole family to stay together which made it much easier and closer to venue. Even though in the winter this cabin had everything to make our stay very enjoyable! The games the cabin had with the pool table, arcade games kept the kids entertained all weekend. The hot tub was amazing! Beds were comfortable, just all around wonderful cabin and trip for my family!"

"It is pretty secluded. Real cabin, very authentic. But all the amenities are here. The hosts ensure if you have forgotten anything it’s available, anything at all. It is very remote, it just what I needed. Although it is remote, I drove to Pigeon Forge one day for a car show and that was only about 2 hours and this is two hours direct into pigeon forge with no traffic. Great value. Gorgeous stream behind. Little slice of paradise."

"This house was huge. Plenty of room for 6-8 guests. House has a 3 season room sun room a huge fenced in yard for your dogs . Very quiet and relaxing. Shower had good water pressure. House has 1 king bed 1 double bed 1 full bunk bed with a twin matress above it and a queen pull out bed as well. House had everthing we needed for our stay. Highly recommend."
