"We found the hotel to be very nice. It was attractive, comfortable, and clean and in a great location for our purposes. The coffee shop in the lobby was welcoming each morning, particularly the young man who was always there serving at 7 AM. In our room, we would have appreciated a second set of glasses to be used in the bathroom so we didn't have to bring the ones on the dresser back and forth for drinks and then bathroom use; there needs to be a trash can in both the bathroom and the general area--very annoying to have to bring any trash into the bathroom; the never-ending blower in the bathroom was loud and we had to keep the bathroom slider door shut just to have conversations and to sleep. Thanks for asking and we would return!"

"This hotel had everything that we needed to have an excellent stay in Columbus! One of if not the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in before. Staff was overly helpful to get us what we needed from supplies to outside food recommendations. Such a great experience."

"The dreaded soccer team travel where the kids take over the lobby and the swimming pool and even the hallways. It’s a lot of money to have to compete with that, and the parents were equally bad. very loud in the hallways. I understand there’s no escaping it. It’s a lot of money. Property is beautiful but trashed when they are here. I wouldn’t even have attempted to take my two-year-old in the pool even though I brought everything to do it so just for your information."

"We have stayed here multiple times and never been disappointed. The family who runs this hotel is so nice. We actually booked it this time for my mother-in-law after her house was damaged by storms and needed an affordable place to stay until she could get back in her home. The staff went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed. Will definitely stay here again the next time we need a hotel in Columbus."
