Lots of dining and shopping options close by. The bed was ok, heat worked, staff was nice. Safety my be questionable, the front desk is enclosed in what looks like bullet proof glass, marijuana order in the halls, well used and worn hotel, shower was broken, safety latch on door broke. If you just want a cheep place to sleep and are not concerned about other things probably ok place to stay. I like cheap places but this one is below my standards.

Ohh, absolutely, the room was very clean. It's just a great place to bring kids and grandma, you know, and they don't mind that kids get loud. You know, they run up and down the aisles make all kinds of roaring noises and banging. Hi, I'm sure you'll enjoy your visit. Besides, the prices are so reasonable and affordable. You almost feel like giving some of the money back.I'm just kidding

Many guests are marginally homeless, but it did not feel unsafe. Funky smell in the corridor, but the room was fine and clean. Convenient to shopping and dining and downtown. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Madison on my own dime.

Property needs a little updating. and cleaning. But the rooms were clean, staff friendly and they had excellent TV programs. Property is good if you just need a place to stay. Dont expect a luxury hotel. There are plenty of places to eat near by and you can get to any major high way in just a few minutes. Go see the local Zoo . its free.
