The top floor of our three flat home, Paoli Nest is a cozy and fully appointed stay with all of your needs met. We offer a clean, safe, relaxing and thoughtful stay for our guests. The neighborhood is unbeatable with walkable restaurants, shops, and pubs. The expansive backyard offers an outdoor eating area and space to relax. The Military Ridge trail runs through the edge of the almost acre of space with easy biking access to Epic Systems, the lovely town of Paoli or right to Madison. We provide multiple coffee options and strive to make guests know they are welcome and at-home here. Linens and toiletries are also provided, as well as all you need to cook and dine at the Nest. We look forward to having you as our guest!

Awesome stay

This was a great location for us! We were biking so great location on the bike path to go in either direction. It was not a far ride to Madison and surrounding area! Michelle was wonderful! I would highly recommend this location.

Nice for a short term visit

We were in town for a wedding. It was a perfect place to stay with our adult children for a night or two. Any longer, I think we may have felt a bit cramped. The little town center was very cute and I wish we would have had more time to explore it.

A lovely weekend

We had a great stay here over the 4th of July. The property was lovely and very kid friendly. The common room was outside the other living quarters so it got pretty hot but it was nice to have a space with a closed door for when our littles were napping. Great proximity to Madison and there’s an awesome park with a huge splash pad right down the street. Communication with the host was so easy which I greatly appreciated. There were snacks and a sweet thank you note waiting for us when we arrived.

Ironman Wisconsin

We traveled here for the Ironman. The property was a great location. Private place for athletes to get sleep and close to the bike course loop. So it served as a nice home base while spectating the bike. Very closed to downtown Verona with great dinner places and coffee shops. A quick 20 min drive to downtown Madison. The host was very easy to get a hold of and checked in before during and after the stay to make sure things were perfect for us. I would recommend staying here for any event you have in the Madison area.

Nice home, undersold in listing

The home was nice and had more space than described in the listing. We stayed in late November and were able to enjoy the 3-season living area. There were actually 3 bedrooms though it was listed as 2 with a shared bed/living area. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Provided extras like snacks and coffee. Not brand new, but suited our family's needs.

Great Stay!

I was initially nervous knowing that my group was not the only one renting out the house. Upon arrival however, it became clear just how separate everything was. We had our own space and so did the other groups. The home itself was very cute and in a great location. We were spending most of our time in Madison which was just a quick 20 minute drive from the home. Michelle was very accommodating and was very easy to communicate with!

Cozy Apartment

Cute, cozy apartment w/3 sleeping areas. Small but fully equipped kitchen, nice touches and all the amenities you could need. Only suggestion would be to move the couch, TV and coffee table to the front room so it can be shared space / living room. Current set up makes it hard to share the back room since it's a main bed area and a little crowded with all the furniture. Great location for visiting Verona, New Glarus or Madison / UW. Great communication with owners - very courteous and hospitable! Made check in / out super easy. Definitely again next time in Madison area.

Frustrating

Double not single home. Listed with both whirlpool and dishwasher. There is neither. Michelle corrected the whirlpool listed. No heat when i arrived, furnace broken, I realize this is an unexpected problem, but it cost us a full day of no heat in WI winter and people running in and out ti set up space heaters. Scary! Michelle and Dave were superior. Great communication, allowed early check-in, and were very kind and apologetic. Still to expensive for what we got. They did comp one night.

Everything about our stay was PERFECT! We were in town from Chicago for the Coldplay Concert in Madison and the distance was only about 15-20 minutes away. The place was so clean, cozy and welcoming! It was a beautiful, cozy space. Check in was a breeze and everything from towels and linens to coffee were already prepared. The owners are pleasant and provide snacks and refreshments for us upon arrival and were in contact with us about updates and made themselves available in case we had questions. Fit us perfectly

We were there with our two adult sons. They got to have their own bedrooms. The kitchen worked well for us. Nice neighborhood. Everything was clean and in good condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay.
