Sheila's property appeared at an opportune time and we jumped on it and discovered it exceeded any expectations we had. The house is ideally situated in a wonderful and very safe neighborhood surrounded by thoughtful and welcoming neighbors and with close access to public transportation and consumer amenities and has easy and direct access downtown. The home is ideally quaint with all of the necessities one could hope for in providing a welcoming stay. The bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining and living space offer easy operational flow for a family on the go while managing additional work responsibilities. All of the appliances including laundry are wonderfully practical and fully operational and the screened-in entryway offers a nice transfer space for shoes, bikes, unloading groceries, or a welcoming space to enjoy a meal.
