Loved the clean smell as soon as you entered the hotel. Breakfast was simple, but provided something for everyone. Beds were very comfy and nice. Vending on each floor was convenient. The location was perfect. 10-15mins to everywhere you could need to go.

The room was clean. The staff was okay. Parking was adequate I . It was nice that it wasn't charged for. The breakfast was not to good but it was free. I was only able to eat one bite if sausage and one bite of eggs. There also was not much variety.

I have stayed here multiple times over the past few years for confrences at the Alient Energy Center. The location is great, but they are letting the place fall apart. The continental breakfast had nice tables and chairs 3 years ago, but as chairs broke they just didn't replace them. Obvious places around the hotel where touch up paint is needed are neglected, and some are hastely painted with a different shade. Every time I went to the front desk I had to wait for them to pause a video on their phone and then they seemed like I was wasting their time. They have one elevator and it is pretty slow, during peak use times it is defeinetly faster to use the stairs. The pool is one of the smallest you will find, we did not use it this time around. I doubt I will stay here again.

Our room was great! Pool area very 😔 sad. No chairs to sit. No bathroom, just a Pool and hot tub and 4 old dirty lounge chairs. Breakfast was bad!!! Spoiled meat, dirty area Noone wiped tables off. No care taken at all. We easy ate a waffle. Juice was watery needed to replaced. Lobby was clean,

The entry/lobby area is very nice… open and inviting. The light bulbs should be. Changes to warm white instead of cool white. The breakfast offerings were average quality. The hallways should be repainted to eliminate the red, white and blue theme. Some carpet replacement is required. The room and bed were fine… comfortable. But maintenance is needed… missing black plate on the TV remote control, missing coffee tray on the coffee maker, missing washcloth, no hand soap, no water glasses or coffee cups, and no switch to turn off the accent string of lights in the headboard that we could find. The facility needs an update and maintenance.

The whole hotel is in general disrepair and overall cleanliness is lacking. The elevator is very slow and has several jerking motions (not very pleasant). The location is ok, it's close enough to restaurants and the freeway. The front desk staff seem confused about company policies and procedures and contradicted each other. This is a last choice option when nothing else is available in town. I would NOT willingly stay here again.

I have stayed here before and it was better before. I was disappointed with a few different things. Upon arrival the desk clerk was pleasant. Asked where the cookies were and he said they had no paper to make them. The room was fairly clean. It was a 2 queen bed room and only 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash clothes. Breakfast wasn't like I remember. Not much to choose from. A round egg and sausage patties. No muffins or donuts. There was something floating on top of the coffee. When I told the cook, she said yeah the machine is dirty and walked away. Wow.
