Stayed for 1 night and had a great experience overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the service was excellent. It’s also only a 5-minute walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi ﷺ, with plenty of food and shopping nearby. The only small issue was the reception queue, as guests would cut the queue and sometimes approach the receptionist while they were already helping a guest, which could be a little frustrating. I really admired the staff’s professionalism and patience in handling it. It would be helpful if a sign or security staff could be more proactive with this.

1 Subarb breakfast always fresh and good menu 2 very close to haram infront of gate no 307 Very close to good places for pakistani food like jamil resturent, zaitoon resturent etc 3 very close to roza rasool 4 very colse to nusuk care center 5 kubbah walk is next to the hotel 6 zam zam water area infront of the property (timing 10pm to 2pm) everyday 7 staff is very friendly but specially HAIFA on reception shes very kind, always happy to serve to all of the costomers,gentle dealing , very helpfull. Highly recommanded Inshallah see you soon again Deals very nicely,

Reception needs more training in customer service, if your booking is not direct to the hotel; they struggle to help me because any booking number you showed them, they will ask you for a RESERVATION NUMBER... They are unable to search by your name! This is a total waste of time. Also, very busy hotel and can run out of rooms, so if booking not paid in advance, your reservation will be cancelled after 5pm, even you've emailed them to give your ETA!

Apart from proximity, there is nothing you can admire about. The rooms are below average with amenities. The housekeeping staff don’t show up to clean and lay fresh sheeting on bed everyday but waiting to be called and expect tip in return. You do not get all amenities as listed on the property but had to be asked at reception. No directory provided in the room of where to be called for laundry, housekeeping, room service etc. Staff are going out of way for Arabic speaking people but non arabs, a very standard treatment. No concept of customer service at all. Very disappointed.
