I had the pleasure of meeting several staff members during my stay, all of whom went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and accommodate requests such as luggage storage and early check-in. I request the company to remove this hotel from its list of hotels immediately. The address on Google maps is not accurate. The phone number is incorrect. It is impossible to get through. No one meets you from the airport, although the website says “free transfer”. Breakfast is just one fried egg. ...
