(5,075 reviews) Thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay. The staff were very accommodating and every single one (apologies, I can't remember the names) was friendly and made me feel welcome. The hotel had suffered from a water leak about a week before I arrived which meant that the lobby and restaurants were out of order (could get room service) - for me, the lobby area is something that I look at when booking as like to relax outside the room, so this was unfortunate but could not be helped. Only thing I would question was whether it was right to charge tray charge when room service is the only option (admittedly did not raise this, but was a factor in only ordering couple of times when I would have liked to try more). The Spa was glorious and felt very pampered. If I ever get the opportunity to visit Vancouver again, would be certainly be be looking to book here again. (1,994 reviews) Parking was easy. It was nice to know we would always have a spot and didn't have to hunt. At first I was a little off put as we didn't know we would have$30 a day self park, but in Vancouver, and this location it just is what it is. Staff was wonderful at all points. Helpful, smiley, engaging and delightful. Our room.... The space was great and the view was phenomenal. If you were iffy about cleanliness, you'd be upset. We just had to turn a blind eye a bit... A few missed spots, crumbs, dust and dirt. We were there on spring break, and in sure the cleaners were stretched for time.. I assume. The building is a little bit older... But to be expected. Definitely some wear and updating needed in the bathroom and windows. The walls are thin. If you're a light sleeper. .. We were ok. But honestly delightful to look out at the water, to be in a space so close to everything and on top of the market was amazing.
