The staff was helpful, and friendly. Offered tips on places to eat,walk,and directions to the beach and bus.We had a great room with a view of the harbor and a small kitchen and balcony. Would highly recommend for the price and use again!

Excellent stay/location in Yaletown with close access to transit and restaurants. Great spacious and comfortable room/bed. Courteous and professional staff. Elevator access/availability like no where else! (No waiting) Breakfast was top notch. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The building is in a safe, quiet, and very walkable neighbourhood with lots of dining options nearby. The suite was spotless and having a full-size kitchen was a huge plus. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.
The outdoor pool and hot tub were fantastic, though I didn’t check out the gym or steam room. I also really enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower – a nice touch.
A couple of small misses: no complimentary water (still or sparkling), and no coffee creamer provided (powder or half & half would have been nice).
Overall, an excellent choice for an extended stay or anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and a prime location.
