"The place is beautiful, in a great location, private and secluded, with nice amenities such as hot tubs, pool, wood BBQ. It looks just like the pictures and overall, we enjoyed our stay. But, - very limited hot water. Takes long to warm up and then only lasts 5 minutes. Not enough for 2 showers. We could only fill the amazing bath up a few inches before it got cold, so kind of useless. - lots of ants, and when we complained, we were told to deal with it ourselves - there was a birds nest...

"Room was nice, with the exception of our queen bed being two pushed together singles (two separate covers also…). Nice view from hotel. Great location and very central. Amenities look great but are terrible. Cold, moldy indoor pool with cockroaches. Hot tub was barely even warm. Sauna broken. Steam room cold and smelt of mold."

"The wifi didn't reach our room which was challenging at the end of a long day to have to go to the lobby to use phones/do communication for the next day. The rooms were clean but small. The lobby area smelled musty. But a nice location, easy to walk in the town and to the ferry. Breakfast was good but what we learned to be a pretty standard breakfast for the Azores."
