We stayed 2 nights at the Sheraton which was a lovely treat before flying back home. My partner and I had an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied and outstanding quality. All the staff we interacted with were so helpful and friendly. We both made use of the spa for a massage which was so good and the staff in the spa were also amazing.

No major issues. Great resort overall - I can even say that it is the best resort in Cebu. Some of the amenities need refresh (I understand that is in progress). My recommendation is that this resort tries to do more to be child friendly e.g. add water slides etc.

Clean room and helpful staff

We chose the Dusit based on the reputation and we were not dissapointed. We had been traveling around the south of Cebu and needed somewhere for an overnight stay before our flight, but I wish we had stayed longer. We were warmly greeted with cold water and cold towels, and check in was very quick and easy. Room was nice, clean and reasonably spacious. Room down the sides of the bed was limited. An amazing modern hotel, but built in a traditional style. The staff were all super helpful. The food is nice with two separate restaurants. The beach in front of the hotel is kept clean. The on-site spa (with massage) and the two swimming pool are all brilliant.

This was an excellent retreat after 24 days island hopping around the Philippines .. it has great facilities and is 15 min taxi to the airport . yes at the time i was there it is undergoing some construction and upgrading ..however if you look at the actual work being undertaken you can see its only going to get better as a resort ! that can only be a good thing for the future of this place .. This was my first time in Cebu and I choose well. It suited me as it was close to both IT and AYELA Malls .. both were walking distance. The hotel was great with a gym and a jacuzzi on the rooftop which I used regularly. If I was to return to Cebu it would be my first choice
