Hidden gem
Very nice stop over location next a golf course. We had a room looking onto pool and river beyond. Comfy king size bed and great bathroom. Pool very nice to swim in and the vista across the river was excellent. Irish pub next door was the best around the area - good value food and service. Highly recommend this hidden gem

Adjacent to the Bowls Club.
Our stay was in a modern motel close to all the town's amenities. Free laundry facilities were an extra bonus. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

Room and hotel was clean, modern and very pleasant. We stayed in room 1 which had a loud noise through the night like a large compressor turning on and off throughout the night. Would stay again but not in room 1.

Good place to stop while travelling up the coast
It was our overnight stop while driving up the coast. Good location to stop. We arrived late, about midnight, but had no troubles getting the key from the drop box! The rooms was clean and as described. Had a little trouble finding that motel at night. It is actually part of the bowling club.

We liked everything. Excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean room. Onsite laundry. Walking distance to town centre. Meals at the attached club if you wish to eat out close by. Thank you so much. We highly recommend this Motel.

Great Traveller's Stopover
We arrived very late at night and the owner had been in touch to explain check in procedure. It was very straightforward, and we were surprised by the spacious room which was well equipped with a variety of tea & coffee. The bathroom was modern, clean and with quality toiletries. Sadly we had to leave early and didn't get to explore the beautiful little bit of Scotland in northern NSW. We would definitely go back to Club Maclean Motel.

Very new & clean room!
We arrived a bit late in the evening and it was quite challenging to locate the entrance of the hotel. However, John, the receptionist was quite helpful to give details of the direction and text the code to get the key from the lockbox in front of office. Room was extremely clean and we both felt very relaxed after a long drive. Would recommend Club Maclean motel to any one who need to stay over in the Maclean area.

Location very central easy walk to shops and river front, very quiet and comfortable room also very clean, it was a part of the bowling club but absolutely no noise from the club. Had a great Chinese fed from the bowling club too. I would recommend and would stay here again. Easy check in and check out too, and fresh milk for my coffee in the morning, great job guys keep up the good work 😃
