Spacious and comfortable room atop the hill, with beautiful view of the town. The pick-up service was a nice added touch. Nice and professional staff. Breakfast spread is good and the early opening hours is very useful for an early start to Machu Picchu.

Hotel was great nice and clean, close to everywhere in town, very walkable! The only thing was that our shower head didn’t work properly and sprayed water all over the bathroom. But other than that, it was a great stay!

We really Appreciated the airport pickup, the staff of this hotel is great! We were able to leave the luggages also the breakfast was very good and convenient before the trip to Macchiu Picchu . Very nice view !

We booked a suite after sleeping the three nights before in a tent on the Inca Trail. It was perfect. The room had lots of living space and a comfortable king sized bed. We took advantage of laundry services and were able to have our hiking clothes cleaned before we had to check out the next morning. The hotel is in a nice location on the Main Street and near the hot springs.

This hotel is overall very good. Just one concern is that it is on top of the hill and if you are traveling from abroad and not used to high altitude, it is difficult to climb due to steep stairs. I think this is the highest altitude hotel in this town. The staff was very helpful though to get our luggage up and down.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the surrounding area, even helping with coordinating hikes and other activities. Hotel is located at the top of aguas calientes, so be ready to walk up the hill to get there with your suitcase, but if you choose one of the top floors you can have a beautiful view from the mountain in front of you! Breakfast was great, a lot of options to choose from, and hotel staff was super friendly
