Beautiful.view of the town. At the plaza. The staff were helpful and friendly. They maintained the property ok. The amenities like soaps and towels are average. I have a feeling they have bedbugs in the room(with city view) I stayed in. Stayed there for 3 nights. I had a terrible week with itcy legs in the evenings and nights.

The staff where kind it felt like home your room is yours and you have everything you need the bed was comfortable and you hot showers and laundry service thank God! Please take into consideration the entire town is hiking everything!! Including the front door of this place if you dont mind a few steps just like everything else in town its a very home cozy vibe the family is very sweet

The staff was very friendly and they had everything we needed in our room. The only thing I would add is the entrance to the hotel is a hike, and I mean the stairs seem endless. I wish they had a sign at the bottom of the stairs saying the lodge name because it was difficult to find, and no one around seemed to know. Other than that amazing, clean, and hot showers are perfect.

This property is 80 steps from the street so prepare for that. That being said it was a fantastic stay. The property owners were helpful, friendly. Our room was clean and spacious, we would definitely stay here again! It was a little hard to find because it's so far off the street look for gringo bills and turn right before you get there..

The NaturaLodge was the perfect place for us to rest and enjoy the town before we went to Machu Picchu. It exceeded our expectations, especially with things such as the cleanliness, nice bathroom, amazing views, location, lovely breakfast on top of the hotel with more amazing views, and the friendly staff. The only downside to the hotel is the trek up the stairs to get to the hotel entrance. But even with that, we would still highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice stay, with a bit of a climb to get there (about 80 stairs). Sometimes it was difficult to find the receptionist, but when they were there they were very helpful. There were no outlets or lights at your bedside, limited views or windows, and not the most comfortable/warm blankets. Overall it was a very nice stay, with a great breakfast buffet and a beautiful view from the upstairs roof !
