The hotel is in a really convenient location, close to great restaurants and the centre of Lille.
Great, spacious bedroom with comfy bed and good quality towels and robes.
Breakfast was good and the roof terrace was a perfect place to enjoy a drink on a beautiful evening.
There were a few minor issues with the room but these were soon fixed when reported to reception.
I would happily stay here again.

This was a basic room that did what we needed as a group of girls on a weekend away. Avoid the overpriced breakfast, fill your water bottle with the free water and walk 10 minutes then you have all the cafes you need. Excellent location opposite the exit from Eurostar. Good shower, comfy beds (even the camp ones we needed)
Main issue was the AC, no cool air at all. The room was very hot. First member of staff told us to come back and tell their colleague later, second tried to help said it had been looked at and offered a fan. Finally on the last morning Ingrid was more helpful and explained that it’s not ‘on’ until the end of May. That could have been explained sooner and more clearly. We had a great time but the customer support could have been better.
