On the entrance floor you will find a large living room with cable TV and a dining area available. The balcony on this floor has a dining table and a view of the gardens and the tennis court. There is also a guest WC on this floor. On the upper floor, you will find a bathroom equipped with bathtub, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a single sofa bed and a balcony with two sun loungers available. Maximum capacity for 5 people. No elevator. WiFi available in all areas. Free parking outside the building. AREA This property is located in Água de Pena, in the municipality of Machico, just a few minutes from the airport. Near this property you will find some points of interest such as: restaurants with typical Madeiran gastronomy, a supermarket, the Sports Park of Água de Pena and the Madeira Indoor Kart track.
