Muito bom

Foi dias incríveis na cidade muito linda, o AP é super aconchegante nos atendeu super bem. Próximo tem farmácia, supermercado, restaurante, a feirinha de artesanato é uma praça de alimentação fica na frente do prédio praticamente. Uma observação é que as fotos da visão da propriedadeeu achei que estavam desatualizada, pois pessoalmente eu achei mais bonito, a visão lá de cima do apartamento e do terraço com a piscina. Excelente hospedagem.

Tanto a localização quanto a estrutura do condomínio são excelentes, destaco aqui o salão de jogos, perfeito para o fim da tarde. Deixo como oportunidade de melhoria o conforto do apartamento, em especial os travesseiros que possuíam uma fronha de proteção plástica que incomodavam bastante durante a noite pois faziam muito barulho ao mexer.

Boa estadia e localização.

Muito bom, a kitnet (quarto, sala e cozinha conjugado e banheiro) que ficamos dava p ver o mar de Pajuçara. Bem limpo com porteiro, recepção 25 horas e garagem. Não é hotel e isso achei bom pq fomos ao mercado e fazíamos nosso café. Na relação custo benefício eu hospedaria de novo lá. Localização é ótima.

Fiquei hospedado com minha esposa 4 diárias no apartamento. Primeira vez que nos hospedamos em um apartamento durante uma viagem e a experiência foi extremamente satisfatória. Apenas alguns pontos de melhoria mas nada que reduzisse nosso grau de satisfação. Achei o ar condicionado do quarto fraco e o colchão pouco confortável. Recomendarei a estadia no Neo para todas as pessoas que contarei sobre a experiência. A localização é excelente, próximo a praia, mercado, farmácia e restaurantes. O atendimento foi excelente, em todos os momentos que precisamos de algum suporte o pessoal estava disponível para nos ajudar.

Não volto mais. Banheiro com vazamento e cabelo, cobrança de energia sem clareza (foi feita observação de que estava comunicado com letras pequenas, Hã?), a pessoa responsável pelo check out, ligou antes das 9 horas da manhã para fazer a cobrança da diária (e se eu quisesse dormir até o meio dia?. Decepcionante. Não aconselho.

fica na melhor parte da praia, porém por ter cozinha falta diversos itens básicos como: detergente, bucha, guardanapo, papel higiênico, etc..... resumindo: o apto é muito bom, porém não tem nenhum tipo de acessório.
