Café da manhã bom, localização excelente próximo de restaurantes , feirinha, bem seguro para sair à noite sozinha, rua festiva, lotada de gente. Quartos standard são pequenos com paredes pretas, não me senti confortável, porém o hotel tem quartos melhores e de mais preço inclusive envidraçados e com vista para o mar.

Não tinha como ser melhor. Já havia ido para Maceió em uma outra ocasião e em outro hotel, mas agora, quando eu voltar, com certeza me hospedarei novamente no Íbis Style. O atendimento foi impecável do começo ao fim, válido ressaltar o impecável atendimento do Sr. Rogério, que com muito carinho e atenção foi responsável por nos apresentar o hotel e dar diversas dicas, se tornou um amigo que levaremos conosco. Café da manhã incrível, quarto excelente, ótima estrutura, perto de tudo sem a necessidade de carro para se locomover no centro de Maceió. Nos indicaram empresas para fazermos os passeios para as praias do Norte e do Sul. Simplesmente sem palavras, foi incrível! Recomendo demais.

Incrível! Hotel com uma decoração impecável, valorizando as Origens Nordestinas: vibe Regional Chique! Café-da-manhã bem variado, inclusive com opções sem glúten. Muito bem localizado, com grande variedade de restaurantes, lojas, farmácia e supermercados nas redondezas. Equipe de hotelaria muito bem preparada, ágil e gentil! Estão de parabéns, com certeza voltarei quando planejar re-visitar Maceió.

Rede Ibis é indiscutível, porem houveram alguns contratempos: Na reserva falava sobre estacionamento 24h, mas não cita que é terceirizados/pago; chuveiro fraco; cortina de R$2,00 invés de box no chuveiro, deixou banheiro todo molhado; cofre estava trancado e com senha; luminária sem funcionar; iluminação secundária (LED) sem funcionar; cobertor apenas para o casal, os demais ficaram com lençóis finos; pouco papel higiênico para 5 hóspedes; paguei R$ 78 pela estadia do pet, mas não tinha cama/equipamento para ela; na reserva cita 4 camas de solteiro, mas não cita que é beliche.

Razoável. O saguão do hotel, onde fica a recepção e o restaurante, tem cheiro permanente de gordura. Parece que o cheiro de fritura está entranhado no chão e nas paredes. A ducha do quarto 551 (frente para o mar) sai água esguichada, provavelmente por conta de entupimento.
