Between the forests of Écouves, Almenêches, and Gouffern, a few kilometers from the Haras National du Pin (National Stud Farm of Le Pin), in the area of ​​the Château d'Ô, Château de Sassy, ​​and Château de Médavy, come and enjoy this country house and its garden with family or friends, in a peaceful and authentic setting. The accommodation: The house offers on the first floor a 42 m² living room with a wood-burning stove, providing direct access to the garden, as well as a 45 m² dining room with an open-plan kitchen and fireplace, opening onto a southwest-facing terrace and the garden. Upstairs, four bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a shower room are accessed via a hallway. The private garden is 1,500 m². The property consists of lawns, flowerbeds, and a terrace. All necessary equipment is provided (furniture, barbecue). A vegetable garden is located adjacent to the main garden (picking is prohibited). Your host is available in a completely separate part of the property. We love animals, and you may see our chickens or hear our rooster crow. Horses and dogs (pets) are also present on the property. The indoor spaces are non-smoking. A travel cot (in addition to the regular beds) and a high chair are available for babies.
