We bought the property twelve months ago and have completely refurbished it from top to bottom. The house is now 99 percent finished and ready for guests, though there are still a few minor snags and small jobs to complete. These will not affect your stay in any way. The next project is the garden, which is due to be redesigned and landscaped over the winter ready for summer 2026. You may notice that a few cabinet doors are currently missing in the kitchen. We are really frustrated about this ourselves, as they were ordered back in April and supply chain delays have held things up. We have been promised that the doors will arrive before Christmas. Although it is not perfect visually, it does not affect the use of the kitchen or your stay. The property does sit back from a main road, we do not hear any road noise in the back of the house but we can sometimes hear the odd hum in the front rooms. It is usually very quiet though during the night. The house also features a whole house Sonos system and a large 3D smart TV, making it easy to relax and enjoy entertainment in style. Located just 100 yards from South Park and within walking distance of the town centre and train station, the house offers a great base for exploring Cheshire or commuting to Manchester, which is around 10 minutes to AstraZeneca by car. ⸻ The Space Inside, you will find a bright open plan living, kitchen and dining area designed for modern living. It is comfortably furnished and well equipped, making it easy to relax, cook or work during your stay.
