"This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties."

"This year’s vacation didn’t start in the best way, the first 2 days were terrible until I reach out to Pierpaolo and Patrizia! I had booked this house for my second week of vacation with my kids. I was not only able to check-in almost 1 weeks earlier, I was also welcomed like I would be a family member you meet once a year. It was amazing. Kichen was well stocked with a bbq grill outside near tge fabulous pool.Great area near shopping, restraunts and bars. And close to amazing sites.A must do. "We had a short stay with a large family group. The house was an old, fascinating building-but clean and functional.. Definitely good for groups who need some space to spread out. We enjoyed the garden terraces and the hot tub in the lovely spring weather. The location is close to the sights of downtown Roma, but removed enough to provide a peaceful respite after sightseeing."
