I loved my stay. The hotel is newly renovated, while they have placed many vintage items all are properly in sync with new tech. It’s a beautiful mix of both worlds. Staff is very helpful and kind. They even decorated the room and sent a cake for my husband’s birthday. Minibar is replenished daily and free to use. Room is very clean. Location is excellent. Highly recommend.

Fabulous location and facilities, room was huge, lovely little touches everywhere (the maid even rolled up the power cables and provided a cable tie) great breakfast and minibar. My only criticism was the lack of a rosehead shower as the shower head was a little low for me.

The hotel porters are really helpful whenever we had request such as asking about how to get around certain area in Macau. We felt we were well looked after. Free shuttles were provided from and to the hotel from the outer harbour ferry.
We used the bar in the lobby twice during our stay. The service was slower than we anticipated. For example, we expected the drink can be served as quickly as possible before the meal/snack were ready. It took 10-20 minutes for the bar attenders to serve the...
