The home is green themed with all design furniture, fully loaded kitchen with all basic supplies and all appliances , pots and pans, office space, dinning area, poker table, king and queen beds, four 4K smart TVs, high speed 1 gig internet, Electric Vehicle charger . Three bedrooms : 1\. Bedroom 1 : King bed. 2\. Bedroom 2 : 2 Queen beds. 3\. Bedroom 3 : 1 Queen and 1 full bed. 4\. Living room with 2 sofa beds and foldable bed The Sleeping arrangements in the home is for 13 people but there can be additional 7 guests as visitors for total count of 20 people. Living room : 1\. Although it had an abundance of beds for just two people, we had a wonderful and cozy time here! It would definitely be enough room for a small party. Lots of beds, plenty of seating and tables, two washers and dryers, fully stocked kitchen amenities. The 10PM outdoor curfew is a little stifling for a romantic two person stay, but I understand the need when it comes to parties. The outdoor area was covered in spiders, webs, and ants. Chalk it up to a lake house at the cusp of Fall, but it made us not want to use most of the outdoor furnishings. Some outdoor pest control would be nice to see. Communication was also a bit sparse. The host refused to respond to multiple inquiries about late checkout. A simple "no" would have sufficed, but we never got any responses. We received the information a few days before. The main reason we chose this location was because the listing said there was a boat slip, well, it was closed for repairs. They should have put that in the listing. The owner said the place was cleaned right before we checked in, but it had this old stale smell like it has been sitting with no ventilation.
