The house was renovated in 2017/2018 and completely redesigned and furnished. More informations can be found on google maps. You will relax on a beautiful plot surrounded by shrubs and small trees. The lovingly landscaped garden offers plenty of space to relax. A special highlight is the secluded, covered and protected terrace, where you can enjoy a coffee, a tea or a roll with catch-fresh fish in all weather conditions. The house (about 100 m²) offers you: on the ground floor: \- a bright and friendly kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. \- a bright bathroom with underfloor heating and a ground-level comfort shower. \- a sauna \- a utility room with washing machine and a hallway with cloakroom. in the 1st. Die Vorher benutzten Handtücher hingen noch, das Sofa war voller Krümmel und Staub, also konnte dieses nicht benutzt werden. Man sah in allen Ecken und Kanten Staub. Guter Ausstattung, schön angelegtem Garten. Für eine Zeit zum Wohlfühlen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Koje war aufgrund der fehlenden Stehhöhe etwas ungewohnt für uns, aber auch eine urige Zeit. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! ##### Susanne L. Stayed 7 nights in Sep 2018 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Cornelia W. 1 Jan 2018 #### Erholsame Feiertage in gemütlicher Umgebung Vom 21.12\. bis zum 28.12.2017 haben wir mit unserem 22-jährigen Sohn eine sehr schöne Weihnachtszeit in dem neuen Ferienhaus in Maasholm-Bad verbracht. Das Haus ist hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet; die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, um sich auszubreiten und auch mal alleine wohl zu fühlen. Die meisten Stunden haben wir jedoch gesellig verbracht - beim Kochen, Essen und Basteln in der großen Küche, deren Ausstattung tadellos ist auch für aufwändigere Weihnachtsmenüs. Die technische Ausrüstung ist sehr modern und gut durchdacht. Der gemütliche Mittelpunkt unserer Tage aber war bei stürmischem und teils nassem Wetter natürlich die große und sehr bequeme Sofaecke. Der Kamin heizt schnell und gemütlich ein; uns hat ein gutes Buch und eine Kanne Tee gereicht, um die Zeit zu vergessen. Unser Sohn hat die moderne Technik sehr geschätzt - neben Netflix und You Tube haben wir gemeinsam auch Blue Rays angesehen. Äußerst wichtig - besonders für die kalte Jahreszeit - ist uns die Möglichkeit, sich auch mal zurückzuziehen. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der zweite Fernseher im Schlafzimmer lässt keinen Streit über Programmwahl oder unterschiedliche Ruhebedürfnisse aufkommen. Das zweite WC im Obergeschoß ist sehr praktisch an langen Abenden. Das Haus liegt in einer äußerst stillen und ordentlichen Wohngegend, in wenigen Geh- Minuten ist man am weitläufigen Strand. Wir haben bei langen, ausgedehnten Spaziergängen wenig Menschen getroffen und viel Natur genossen. Die umliegende Gastronomie haben wir über die Feiertage leider nicht genutzt - das Angebot ist jedoch interessant und vielfältig. Nach jeweils nicht einmal 15 Minuten Fahrt waren wir in Kappeln und Gelting, zwei Ortschaften die zum Bummeln und Einkaufen einladen. Trotz widrigem Wetters hat sich der Spaziergang im Naturschutzgebiet Geltinger Birk absolut rentiert (dort haben wir dann auch am 2\. Weihnachtsfeiertag etwas mehr Spaziergänger getroffen!). Ausgekühlt vom Sturm hat sich anschließend die heimische Sauna bezahlt gemacht; sie heizt schnell und ist gut einzustellen. Das geräumige Bad mit Fußbodenheizung und kompfortabler Dusche hat mir bei den Saunagängen besonders gut gefallen. Den sehr gepflegten Garten und die sichtgeschützte Terasse konnten wir jahresheitlich bedingt nicht viel nutzen - wobei der windgeschützte und voll überdachte Sitzplatz vor dem Eingang auch bei Sturm und Regen Gold wert ist - besonders beim Ein- und Ausräumen! ##### Cornelia W.
