"Great location in Cong. Close to everything. Parking wasn't a problem. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The only advice is that they don't have an elevator/lift. If you're on the second floor, you will have to haul your luggage up a narrow flight of stairs. Also, like most places in Ireland, no wash clothes. "

A few draw backs for us was: the front desk staff, who were pretty rude and unhelpful when we checked in (but we are used to American level of friendliness of service) Also how early everything closed, the kitchen closes at nine even on a weekend… I wish we had known…"
