We enjoyed our stay - one night. Loved being in the hub of Port Credit. The room was beautiful - view of the marina and lake (past the parking lot) but always a great sight. We've stayed here before and it never disappoints. It's a shame that they never reopened the restaurant and found a way to make that work. It is such a great addition to the hotel. Our only complaint is that we find some of the front desks that can be a little crusty. But we laughed them off and enjoyed our stay.

The 1 Hotel is wonderful. Staff is friendly and the rooms and amenities therein are well thought out.
The only knocks would be the noise if you have a room facing Bathurst (we did and were moved the next day), the inordinate amount of time it takes for their 1 Kitchen restaurant to prepare ANYTHING, and the loud music thumping in theoir fine dining restaurant Casa Madera (we left as it was too loud to speak).
Otherwise, this a a wonderful spot, with GREAT staff
