"Clean room, staff was friendly, great shuttle drivers. Only issue and it isn't even really a complaint is small elevators. When we had the stroller or luggage we are couldn't fit in one trip. But we just took 2 trips or 2 elevators"

"Rooms could do with revamping. Tired and very dark / poor lighting. Great location for Disney and felt safe. Pool good and towels provided. "

"Room was pretty clean a few spots on the carpet but my socks didn’t turn black from walking on the carpet. I enjoyed the daily maid service. We were really only here to sleep and it served that purpose. The shower head was broken and it really struggled to get a good stream of water. Make sure you book the “deluxe” room or you will not have a microwave/ refrigerator I had to pay an extra $70 for our 4 night stay to get this “upgrade”. Uber or Lyft are your best option to get to/from Disneyland. Pool area looked small we never used it. I wouldn’t stay again due to the distance from Disney (1.2 mile walk)."

"The staff were absolutely wonderful. I was really impressed how helpful they were. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfy. "

"Upon check in we were handed a paper bag marked with the amount of days we were staying. Inside the paper bag was our "complimentary breakfast". We were given 4 granola bars for each day and informed that juice and coffee were available in the morning after 7am. The walls are thin here, so if you have loud neighbors, you will hear it. No smart TVs and the Wifi is terrible. Apparently you can pay for upgraded Wifi. The pool area is decent, but there were several children playing in the hot tub when I was trying to relax after a long day at the Disney parks. Parking is an issue. Free parking for 1 car per room. however, it seems as though they don't have enough parking for all rooms as there are spots in the rear that you will have to be blocked in until the following day. Then after our first night, they put cones up for the front area parking with notes saying it would be unavailable starting the next day so they could park some buses there. The buses should have been parked in the blocked in area in the back."
