"Room was pretty clean a few spots on the carpet but my socks didn’t turn black from walking on the carpet. I enjoyed the daily maid service. We were really only here to sleep and it served that purpose. The shower head was broken and it really struggled to get a good stream of water. Make sure you book the “deluxe” room or you will not have a microwave/ refrigerator I had to pay an extra $70 for our 4 night stay to get this “upgrade”. Uber or Lyft are your best option to get to/from Disneyland. Pool area looked small we never used it. I wouldn’t stay again due to the distance from Disney (1.2 mile walk)."

"This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Expedias pictures are extremely deceptive!! Carpet stains throughout the entire place, mold in our shower and ripped shower curtain, furniture was horrible, mattress was unbearable, none of the electrical outlets worked. Hot tub fenced off. THE SHUTTLE ONLY OPERATES CERTAIN HOURS AND WAS STANDING ROOM ONLY."

"Was in room 170 by the pool. It was serviceable, but with a major drawback: The pool filter turned on at around 6am and was a loud and constant whine until 7:45am. Woke me up and gave me a very unpleasant morning as I tried to ignore the sound and go back to sleep. Not possible."

"Toilet was not functioning after check-in and when we let the front desk know, we were told that we could not switch rooms and that we would have to wait until morning to have maintenance come and look at it and to use the lobby restroom. After a long day of driving this was extremely inconvenient especially since our room was on the opposite side of the lobby. When my child needed to use the restroom, we did end up going to the lobby restroom...where the toilet was clogged. I had to ask for a plunger from the front desk to unclog someone else's waste so my child could use the restroom. Front desk was unapologetic and instead of offering to help with the bathroom, they were totally fine with letting a guest take a plunger wrapped in a plastic bag. Besides that, the shower had hair in it and the blankets had visible stains. We always stay here for our trips into Anaheim and have stayed multiple times... but honestly, never again. We'll pay extra to stay somewhere with actual clean and working facilities where I won't need to borrow a plunger to clear someone else's mess."
