The property is great.. rustic. We sat by the river for hours, played cornhole, took long walks on the peaceful road, and my pre-teen loved climbing the rocks. It was easy to make it into Estate Park and RMNP. We didn't have any cell service (Verizon), but their wifi was strong all over the property. Rustic and "cabiny" décor. Very clean. Kitchen stocked with the basic appliances and utensils. Good queen bed and a wood burning stove. We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was cozy and rustic. We appreciated the more remote location away from the commercialism. The location is perfect—close enough to Rocky Mountain National Park to enjoy it everyday, yet far enough away to embrace nature and avoid crowds of tourists.
