Located close to Part-Dieu area, this nice studio can accommodate up to 2 people. Close to shops and transports, this bright flat is perfect for a stay in Lyon.

This refurbished and sunny studio, giving on a little street, is located on the ground floor without elevator, consists of a living space of 20 sq. m and includes :
- a modern living space with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hot plates, fridge),
- TV, Wi-Fi,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair-dryer, ironing equipment.

Our calm flat is located in a central and commercial district. Close to transports, it will take you just a few minutes to explore the city’s treasures. Beside Part-Dieu shopping center, one of the biggest in Europe, you will be close to Halles Bocuse and the Auditorium, and only 12 min away by foot from the Parc de la Tête d’Or.
