The staff of the hotel was excellent. They did a lot to help us get aquatinted with the area, and the many good spots for dining. They also could speak excellent English so it was easy to understand. but the structure of the bathroom was odd. One enters the shower to get to the toilet and sink area on the other side and there was not enough places to hang things, since there is not a closet in our room. The staff did a good job of making up for the design problems of the room.

Good deal for its price
Hotel is clean and modern. The location is convenient, walkable to main attractions of the city. The hotel is also by the river, you can enjoy a nice walk. The lounge area has refreshments and tea coffee 24/7, definitely a nice touch. The only downside was there’s no fridge in the room.

The staff at the hotel at front desk and in lounge were beyond wonderful. All of them routinely welcoming, helpful and would make themselves available if you had a question. The lounge you get to use for snacks, coffee and a place to unwind is amazing. They have newspapers and tons of comfy places to work or just check email too if you need that. Price wise it makes sense too. Well worth having that extra space to unwind besides your room. The rooms are modern yet very functional. Loved the small balcony to step out on. Loved that they have ample plugs, a desk and the shower is awesome. The only thing I wish they had (this is seriously just a suggestion) is a valet rack to put your luggage on so that your suitcase doesn’t go on floor or get shoved into the corner. Most hotels have that thing that you just pull apart and acts as a stand, found in the room and you set your bag on it. Just a small, and very insignifiant in the scheme of things, want we had for the room. Highly recommend this location. What an amazing stay.

There was a very helpful staff. I noted that to reach the bathroom, I had to aware of a hazardous step. The bathroom lacked an American outlet for my shaver.

Well located, stylish, friendly staff, nice lounge for relaxing. On the minus side, the room could have been cleaner (wooden panels between the bed space and the bathroom was dusty and dirty), the shower head spilled water all the way to the toilet and sink, making it unsafe.

The service was excellent, the cleanliness was outstanding, the hotel's location was convenient, and we really enjoyed the drinks and refreshments in the lobby. The rooms are small, but compact and pleasant. There are no closets for clothes in the room, only shelves.

Modern, thoughtfully furnished rooms. The lounge area downstairs with complimentary drinks and snacks is such a thoughtful touch. The location is perfect, too. Walkable from Lyon Part Dieu (TGV) but then easy to head on to the old town and parks once you’ve dropped your cases off (and had something to drink!)

Nice location
The experience was generally positive, thanks to the great location and complimentary drinks available on the first floor. However, one downside to note is the sliding bathroom door, which may not ensure complete privacy.

Great Location and nice hotel
Very nice hotel, but our room had a sewage smell. Cleaning service missed the balcony - old sushi and a wine bottle filled with cigarettes were left. Free drinks and snacks by the lobby were a great addition. Fantastic location.

The reception staff were lovely and check-in was quick as too check-out. The room was basic, the bedding was shabby (really shabby) and not ironed. I sound like a princess (I am), but it felt like someone had been in the bed before me & they forget to change the sheets. This is a chain hotel not an Airbnb. This is not acceptable. I heard a vacuum cleaner but little evidence it has been used in the communal areas. The offer of free plates of charcuterie etc in ‘the club’ was a really nice gesture, but I never experienced this, because although the hotel claims they are dog friendly, dogs are not allowed in some communal areas. What should I do with my dog while enjoying the free snacks? Please stop spending on freebies, we just want clean rooms. Your staff are lovely. They probably need a better manager and a pay rise. On a positive note, it was a great location.
