Close to restaurant, bar, Pathé Vaise cinema complex, bakery, highway (car rally simulation), or a walk along the Saône.

Le Jardin des Docks Excela lieu ces jours. Impeccables pour une famille avec enfants de 7 et 10 ans avec voiture et des vélos. Le garage attenant est en plus. Le logement était encore mieux que ce à quoi nous nous attendions.

Le Jardin des Docks "Grosse déception par rapport au prix demandé et l'affiliation à l'agence ""Cocoonr hosting power"" 🙂 L'appartement est vaste, rénové et frais., les lits sont confortables. Le garage est grand et pratique 🙁 Le jardin n'est pas entretenu, le gazon synthétique, des éléments de crépis du mur supérieur s'écroulent dans le jardin. Le jardin est donc hors d'usage malgré le caractère attractif qui donne son nom à l'appartement et le charme de la photo affichée. L'entrée dans l'immeuble est vétuste et délaissée (la porte d'entrée ne ferme pas). Le quartier est quasi dépourvu de commerces alimentaires, pas de boulangerie à la ronde le week-end. Le mobilier fonctionnel laisse à désirer ( le frigo est bancal, un porte-manteau cassé, la chasse d'eau fuit, manque de plans de dépôt dans les chambres (ni table, ni chaises), Le ménage manque de rigueur : dans une chambre sous le lit, des vestiges des précédents hôtes"

L’appartement a de beaux volumes, un garage qui permet un accès direct par l’arrière de l’appartement en passant par le jardin. La cuisine est bien équipée.
