Brilliant and unusual hotel in Old Lyon - wonderful service - quirky and unusual rooms - and the best Concierge in the world! We had a superb meal in Les Loges and another lovely meal at L'Epicerie but from the moment we arrived we had wonderful advice and assistance from Gerard - the amazing Concierge - he made the holiday for us and his suggestions for sightseeing, etc. were invaluable.

Amazing hotel, architecturally stunning and beautiful. The rooms are minimilist and functional but very clean. Bed was great. Only minor issue: toilet was separate from the bathroom and I had a real squeeze to get into the shower due to the way the door opened. The hotel is in the old town high up. Whilst it is only 5 minutes or so from the funicular railway, it's still a schlep to get into the city centre. Personally, the quality of the hotel and the views made the journey worthwhile.

Very welcoming owners. A small but comfortable room. Very French! And very reasonable price. Location is ideal, away from the busy tourist areas, yet accessible to everything. Don't go if you want all the big corporate hotel facilities. This is a small family run hotel and much the better for that. We really shouldn't be telling everybody about this gem! We will be going back.

I didn't know what to expect with this hotel as i am a sucker for loyalty towards brands. I was amazed with everything during my staff, friendly check-in agent. room is clean and up to date with tech. Great selection of movies to watch. A retro breakfast place with good options for a French hotel. I would recommend and stay here again. One this to improve would be to place a signage on the building as it is difficult to identify the hotel

Perfect spot for a stay in Lyon, close to the tram station and river. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The spa is lovely too! Would recommend.

Typically grand characterful apartment hotel a more exclusive residential area of town. The restaurant food is delicious very typical of the Lyonaisse style. Cocktails accompanying wine ambience all delivered to a high class standard. Enjoy the offerings you're on holiday.... Make an effort to dress well and at least speak a little French and you'll have a lovely evening or lunch without having to leave the hotel. Good news because its not close to the centre of the city and the bustle of...

Amazing value for the price and breakfast was very good

My room had everything I needed. I don’t need loads of fancy stuff I just need a safe, well maintained, clean and comfy room and that’s what I got.

Good stay at the airport. No complaints.

Helpful and cheerful staff. Refurbished room was a nice surprise. Building work in progress giving a facelift to reception area. Free drinks given as an apology which was a nice touch.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Every aspect. Will book again.

We were happy to find this place! A cosy hotel in a quiet village yet still in striking distance to Lyon and the highway. Amazing and friendly staff. A jaw-dropping dining experience in their restaurant with fresh and seasoned ingredients. Wine card for the connoisseur of good wine. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Good location

The hotel is comfortable and the staff is helpfull and very kind

The property was very nice. Clean, silent, very comfortable. Staff really kind. The only inconvenience is that it is far away from the city center but it’s really easy with public transport during the week. (weekend a bit longer because not much connexions)
