Great stay in Lyon
We stayed here for a nighr during our December trip. The location is great, mostly walking or metro ride to most places. Hotel is clean and well kept. The hotel front desk staff is very helping and welcoming, we had a great chat with the person there about more than Lyon.. They helped with local city travel ideas and dinner plans.

My husband and I were kind of disappointed. We were expecting a hotel but, this is not a hotel, it is a guess house. The owners and the staff were very friendly. The room was very little, it wasn’t as pictured. Something good is that it has a great location. We thought that the breakfast was included so we were force to take it twice but we got the charged when we checked out; to be honest, breakfast wasn’t worth it, there are so many great Cafes and nice restaurants surrounding the property.

Nice
A hotel built into a part of an old style apartment building. Excellent location, well made, has everything one needs for a short city trip. Room was small but functional, friendly staff, everything you need. I did not have the breakfast but it looked good.

The old solid wood doors . The staircase is narrow & twisting Burt there an elevator. The view from the window was amazing It is a tiny room but it feels genuine, not a North American hotel

The staff was amazing and the hotel is beautifully located between restaurants, shopping and the Old City. The Old City is very close and within a short walk from the hotel. The room was tiny but that was expected. The bathroom was a very good size with a beautiful shower. I would absolutely return if I were to go back to Lyon and I highly recommend it.

Small hotel in a central area (near Bellecour) with air conditioning. I stayed while attending a conference at the Congress Centre which is an easy commute on the C5 bus. The hotel street was quiet in the evening. Staff were really helpful. I would stay again.

Small and old but also updated and comfortable
It was a cute little hotel -- very old but one that has taken pains to keep rooms and bathrooms updated. And the location is great. I'm just more used to chain hotels and their additional amenities. And I thought the room was a little warm despite the air conditioning being on. I couldn't see any way to control the temperature. Would stay here again happily if I needed to, but next time I'll try to book farther out so I have the choice of the type of large chain hotels I prefer.

The staff were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The room was well appointed and comfortable and the breakfasts were very enjoyable. The hotel is extremely well placed to enable quick and easy access to a wide range of places to see, good restaurants and bars. Would stay again.

This is a very small and traditional French family operated hotel. Although the room is very small, it is really clean. The staff is very helpful, giving us help on where and what to see in the city. The location of the hotel could not be more convenient, right in the middle of all activities. It is also a few minutes walk from the Bellecour metro station. The room is also very quiet. It is just very good in all aspects.

Great Lyon base
The owner and staff are welcoming and helpful. The location is good for seeing the popular sights in Lyon. The air conditioning worked well, even on 103 F days. The bathroom was very modern and roomy. We stayed there on both ends of our vacation, both during heat waves. Choose the Superior room type, looking out the well-insulated front windows.

Shabby Chic?
The staff were polite and professional. The room was clean, however it was very small. There were twin beds in the room and hardly enough space to walkaround so it was rather uncomfortable to stay there for any length of time. The buiding is rather worn inside (shabby chic?) and could do with some tlc. This did not help the ambiance however it's in a fab location near the river and the old town. Staying there was worth it for the location alone.

I was traveling alone and stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The room was clean and charming, facing the street but it was pretty quiet. If you don’t mind pulling your suitcase, 20 minutes walk from Perrache train station was pleasant. Finally, Marie at the reception made my visit really special. She is efficient and down to earth, welcomes the customers with a beautiful smile. I will be back!!!
