"I booked this hotel specifically for location, comfort and air conditioning. When I arrived it was warm/hot. When I noticed the air conditioning didn’t work I went to reception I see what I was doing wrong. It turned out that the air conditioning doesn’t work until mid May. I was there the first week in May. The location was great if you are taking the train. The rooms were clean. The amenities such as soap and shampoo were minimal. "

"Room was very small - had no place to put our clothes. No wardrobe - only 4 pegs to hang clothes. Bed very comfortable and breakfast very good. Excellent staff. Overall we settled in and enjoyed the hotel. There was a very nice outdoor area. Short walk to the University of Lyon and excellent public transport - trams and underground. We would stay there again."
