Welcome to your private riverfront (60 ft) retreat in Lyndon, Illinois—a peaceful and comfortable home surrounded by nature and designed for relaxing, reconnecting, and enjoying the river.

The home features four comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it a great choice for families, couples traveling together, or a group of friends.
Sleeping arrangements:
1st bedroom (1st floor; enclosed room) - king size bed.
2nd bedroom (1st floor; enclosed room) - queen size bed.
3rd bedroom (basement unit - not enclosed with a door from the 1st floor) - king size bed.
Loft area (open space without enclosure located above the 1st bedroom, but in a separate space - not the same room) - 2 single beds.
House provides flexible sleeping arrangements and privacy for up to eight guests.

The main living area is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, while the dining area in the kitchen or outdoors - provides a welcoming place to gather for breakfast, dinner, or a long conversation over coffee.

One of the highlights of the home is the connection to the outdoors. Step outside onto the spacious riverfront deck and take in the peaceful views of the Rock River. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the water, spend the afternoon fishing, or simply relax and listen to nature around you. Please note: climbing stairs without a railing is needed to get to the river shore.
