"A good location for us. Close to shops. Cabin was clean & provided enough plates, cutlery etc. staff were friendly upon check-in but didn’t see them after that. Only issue was the BBQ area was dirty & tables had a big pot of cigarette butts & all around ground under tables. Should be cleaned daily & was very off putting as we were going to use bbq but too dirty. Parking was ok but very tight. However, I would stay again if grounds were cleaner. Nice pool area. "

"Nice enough hotel but starting to look and feel a bit old. The deal breaker though is the bed and matress that looked and felt years old with its sagginess and stains, topped with pretty basic and scratchy linen. A comfy bed is a must from a hotel so its a no from me."

"Amazing view! Clean room. Nice staff. Parking is in a nearby parking garage. No hand towel, no lotion, and only a combined shampoo/conditioner included in the room’s amenities. "

"Love love love the pool. The location is amazing, super convenient walk to Queen St and QPAC, Southbank. Great restaurants on L4. Would highly recommend. A must visit when in Brisbane!!! Special thabks to Guest Services and Valet staff....super efficient and attentive!"

"Staff were wonderful, so helpful & attentive. The room was very clean and well appointed, beds were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. We did have some issues every night with the air con automatically switching to a temperature that was too warm. The lack of the provision of any cold drinking water in the room was a bit of an issue however, we didn't have time to ask housekeeping about this. I'm sure they would have addressed this for us if we'd raised it with them. "

"I had a good stay here, and the staff was very welcoming and kind. The location was easily accessible from airport (train to Roma station and a few blocks to walk from there) and easy to get around Brisbane from here as well. The closest grocery store was closed on the weekend, but there was a mini store right next to hotel with essentials. Overall, a good stay and I would certainly stay here again. "
