The comfortable, modern villa is located on a 1500 m² plot of land directly on the Great Lychensee. With 126 m² it is for 4-6, max. Suitable for 8 people. The living-dining-kitchen area (approx. 60 m²) with seating and couch has a 14 meter glass front panoramic view of the large Lychensee. The 180 degree fireplace is located between the living and dining areas. The multifunctional TV room, which is also suitable as a special bedroom, has an equally fantastic view. The kitchen island is ideal for convivial cooking. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first, spacious bathroom has a. a free-standing bathtub. The house has a large terrace to the lake with approx. 50 m², a boat and sports equipment cellar, as well as a lake meadow with approx. 300 m² with a sauna directly behind the reeds. The bungalow-style villa is built at ground level, and you can also reach the water barrier-free. There will be common film evenings. The modern multimedia system includes a music and film server and an Apple TV4\. There is also a high quality kitchen, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, stove with 4 ceramic hobs, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with a shower each, a bathroom with tub / toilet, terrace with seating, grill and lake view, parking spaces directly at the house. The style of the Villa Lychensee combines natural, environmentally friendly and ecological living right on the lake with the exceptional comfort and modern style of an architect's villa. It is consistently geared towards quality in terms of durability and sustainability as well as comfort and luxury. Ecological floor and wall heating with heat pump / deep drilling. Heat pump with green electricity. Poroton T7 brick walls filled with perlite, a natural mineral insulating material, highly insulated stone. Likewise, highly insulated window area (triple glazing), interior plaster made of clay, so that a very good indoor climate is created. Plaster in the lime baths, also for a good indoor climate. Mineral, water vapor permeable exterior plaster, without biocides. No use of polystyrene, but insulation with foam glass in the floor area and in the roof area with mineral wool. Das gute ist: Das das Haus nichts von seinem Charme verloren hat (waren nun schon zweimal hier), das Grundstück ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage am See ist unübertroffen schön und mit dem Freizeitaktivitäten die man hier erleben kann kommt auch keine Langeweile auf. ##### Ingo B. Für Naturliebhaber, die dennoch den Luxus und Komfort eines hervorragend ausgestatteten Ferienhauses schätzen, gibt es wahrscheinlich in ganz Mecklenburg keine bessere Alternative. Auf Touren mit den hauseigenen Kanu- bzw. Kajakbooten lassen sich die Gewässer der Umgebung am besten genießen. Dazu kann man Eisvögel, Kraniche, Milane etc. beobachten. Objekt innen wie außen nicht gepflegt . Wirklich schade bei so einem tollen Haus mit riesiger Terasse. Bei Anruf Schlüssel Code wurde man voll gemauelt warum so zeitig anruft . Bei Buchung nicht hinterlegt wann man anrufen darf . Schlüsselübergabe dann persönlich ohne irgendwelche Erklärungen. Da sind Zettel die kann Mann sich durchlesen…der Staubsauger wurde als einziger gezeigt… wenn sie mal sauber machen wollen… Die Mülltonne wurde montags entfernt stand dann Mittwoch Abend wieder . Bis 10 Uhr am Abreisetag sollte das Objekt übergeben werden . Die zuständige Dame hielt es für nötiger sich mit anderen Menschen zu unterhalten… als einen Check out zu erledigen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage mitten in der Natur mit vielen Vögeln auf der Terrasse. Mega! Wir haben die Touren mit dem hauseigenen Kajak sehr genossen und konnten so die vielen Seen vom Wasser aus erkunden. Welch schöne Gegend! Einmalig ist auch der Blick von der Sauna auf das Wasser direkt davor mit anschließender Abkühlung im See! Und wenn das Wetter es zulässt, gibt es natürlich nichts schöneres als ein Essen auf der Terrasse. Und bei nicht so gutem Wetter ist auch das gesellige Kochen auf der Kochinsel sehr gemütlich. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und sind sehr beeindruckt, dass Deutschland noch so viel unberührte Natur zu bieten hat. Tolle Umgebung! ##### Sabine K.
