"I booked this unit for my in-laws during their visit in Manila. This property was clean and quiet. It was a very smooth and easy checked in and out. My in-laws loved the property, however, swimming pool and the gym were not accessible as it was described as part of the amenities. They do not mind paying for whatever fee needed to use the swimming pool or the gym, but the guard informed them that it was only for the owner of the units and not the people checked in. "This was my second, outstanding stay at the Grand. I stayed for 10 nights this trip. I was treated like royalty. Ivy at Reception gave me an upgraded room and floor — resulting in a panoramic 29th floor view. Dannah was my housekeeper and was very attentive, conscientious, and accommodating. Darius the doorman was unfailingly welcoming. I have received the best hospitality here! TEN stars! I’ll be returning again in a couple weeks and can’t wait."

"Hotel was good but the room I stayed in had issues with the Aircon. It wasn't cold but in fairness, receptionist got it resolved immediately and was willing to change my room the following day but thankfully the technicia mnanaged to resolve the issue. "

"Hotel room was super cool with a giant fish tank in the room with assorted fish. Tank and room were very clean. The room lighting was cool and calming with even parts of the bed that lit up. Room was rather spacious and bed was very comfy. Big flatscreen TV which even had some American shows and movies. For the price, this place was great. Also, they had a great outside bar with good food, and with a view of Manila bay where we watched the sunset. The area around, Oceanfront Park. was still...
