Quand on entre dans la maison, il faut descendre pour entrer dans l'appartement, le séjour/cuisine est entre le sous-sol et le niveau 0, donc malheureusement très sombre, il faut allumer la lumière toute la journée. 2 fenêtres donnent sur un mur et un escalier extérieur, aucune vue montagne, pas de terrasse dans cette pièce pour manger dehors, on se sent enfermé. A l'étage les 3 chambres, dont 1 donnant sur une terrasse avec vue. Mais cette terrasse n'est pas vraiment exploitable car elle est à l'étage et il faut passer par une chambre pour y accéder.
