The staff was very friendly nad helpful. The room was on the small side but clean and the beds were comfortable. Very close to the central station and tram. Water was overflowing the entire bathroom. I asked to change rooms. The hotel is not full, but instead, they sent someone to dig up a nasty clump of hair clogging up the shower and didn’t change the room. So I had to deal with a flooded bathroom all night. Next day, I accidentally left my key card in the room and got a nice lecture that the hotel is not responsible if someone have access to the room when I leave the card in the room. Who else other than the hotel has access to the room? The area is also very dodgy. After that, it went downhill. The room stank of cigarettes and the window wouldn’t close properly to stop the smell. The shower was broken and the room was dirty. The plugs are not functioning properly. The TV is not working. The soap in the bathroom was so old that when I opened it, it became small pieces. Not great at all.
