I am usually concerned. The staff, Frederic, was terrific. Super responsive and I am thankful. Hotel location could not be better. On a quiet street a two minute walk from the center of things. We had the 5th floor, which was sort of a two floor arrangement. I do not want to go into too much detail, just that it is not a functional design.
