HOA Compliance: A short registration form is required after booking and before check-in details are released.

Cancellation Fee: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

Weather: Refunds are not provided for weather, environmental, air-quality, or related travel disruptions. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
