"This was a nice hotel, and the balcony we paid extra for was enormous. The staff were all super friendly and when we asked for some ice and a sewing kit they arrived promptly with no quibbles. The location was on the edge of the tourist area which meant we could easily access attractions on foot but it was quiet at night. However taxis found our location tricky to reach because of the one-way streets. We were rising late because we were attending the Primavera Sound festival and everything was quiet in the mornings. Small improvements: an umbrella/shade on the balcony. A higher clip to hold the waist- high shower head if you didnt want to use the overhead rain shower (so your hair doesn’t get wet)"

The staff was all super sweet, helpful and accommodating to early check in and late check outs. 100% recommend for anyone in visiting Porto especially for those who like having privacy since the rooms are apartment layouts. Also loved the 24 hour garden, great for anyone who likes staying up late and just hanging out in a calm environment."
