THe country was experiencing Load Shedding (Power outages) so they said they had a back up system, but could only turn it on, if we committted. Moved to upscale hotel, and even with their back up system... no aircon would go on, even with the back up. Hilary was very accommodating with the late reservation and checkin. The borehole wasn’t working so the taps were dry but he made sure we had all the water we needed on hand and even offered us late checkout so the taps would be working.
