  • Ideal for 2 to 3 persons, in an Villa, 42m² seperate furnished appartment fully equipped, with private entrance at ground level with access from the house garden and terrace.
    Nice view on the Mediterranean sea and the small harbor of Santa Severa, 25 km North of Bastia City. Private parking in property. The appartment includes one bedroom with double bed, a living room with kitchen, and one bathroom with shower.
    The convertible couch in the livingroom can allow a 3rd person to sleep in the appartment.
    Beach and the small harbor of Santa Severa are accessible by foot where restaurants, cafés and bakery are located.
    Pharmacy and supermarket are at 5 minutes by car. All commerce are reachable in the area. The sand beach of Misincu is located at 2 minutes by car.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Santa Severa

Wir durften in der 2.Septemberwoche Gäste bei Florence und Alain sein und haben die Woche wirklich sehr genossen. Die Wohnung mit fantastischen Blick auf das Meer ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr ordentlich und sauber! Die große Terrasse lädt zur perfekten Entspannung ein. Über einen privaten Weg gelangt man problemlos in ca. 5 Minuten in den Ort Santa Severa. Florence und Alain haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und am ersten Abend auf einen Aperitif eingeladen. Neben leckeren lokalen Kleinigkeiten gab es für uns hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen zu Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. am Cap Corse. Über das kühle Erfrischungsgeschenk im Kühlschrank und die originelle Seife haben wir uns gefreut. Bei Fragen standen uns beide immer sehr hilfsbereit und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich zur Verfügung! Wir bedanken uns auf diesem Wege sehr herzlich und können die Unterkunft & Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen

Très bien situé pour visiter le cap Corse Vue magnifique de l'appartement. Nous venons de passer 14 jours chez Florence et Alain. Ce fut un réel bonheur. Le lieu est divinement calme! Observer la mer, le coucher de soleil sur le col de Sainte Lucie, les îles d'elbe et de Capraia ... un pur bonheur

nous avons passé 8 jours merveilleux à Santa Severa. Madame Coriat et son compagnon ont été des hôtes parfaits, à la fois discrets et présents quand on a eu besoin. ils connaissent parfaitement le cap corse et ont été d'excellents conseils pour les balades, les plages, les restaurants et les spécialités à ramener. l'appartement a vue sur la mer. il est tout équipé, tout est neuf et fonctionnel. Délicate attention, nous avions 2 bières corses fraîches au frigo qui nous attendaient. Il est au rez-de chaussée avec un espace terrasse, pelouse pour profiter de la vue sur la mer et les iles d'Elbe et de Capraia Allez-y les yeux fermés ! Quant à nous, si l'occasion se présente à nouveau, on y retournera les yeux fermés. François et Bela Depaix

Séjour de rêve au cap corse

Florence et Alain sont des hôtes très sympathiques et accueillants, toujours aux petits soins pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Le logement correspond à l'annonce, avec un espace idéal pour deux personnes, une terrasse face à la mer pour les repas et les moments de détente. Il est propre et très complet dans ses équipements. A recommander vivement pour découvrir cette belle région du cap corse. Un grand merci à Florence et Alain.
