佈置的非常溫馨可愛，很有設計感，是民宿夫婦兩個人自己摸索設計的，有電梯，搬行李很方便，停車場在民宿對面，寬敞好停，浴室是乾濕分離的，有個大大的浴缸，跟兩個湯塊，只是洗手台小了點有點可惜，餐廳早餐也很好吃，飲料也很好喝，可以感覺到民宿主人處處用心，社區很寧靜，馬路轉進來的入口處拍照很漂亮，開車離羅東夜市約十分鐘，很推

民宿是全新裝修。有家的感覺。全幢民宿有5層。5樓連天台是屋主居住。1至4樓為民宿，每層有兩間房應該是以2人和4人來區分。最重要的是民宿內有電梯。不用人手搬行李上樓梯，真的很方便。早餐可能不太合適本人口味。因為每餐都有魚，而本人怕魚腥味。如果可以在網上預先訂立早餐可能好點。

處處悠美而溫馨的房子，早餐100分！
民宿主人很客氣，環境佈置的超美，有置身歐美庭園的感受。早餐8:30才開始，但一看到誠意十足的菜色，覺得等了一個多小時也值得了。

非常好，環境舒適，民宿佈置很漂亮，房間有露台，早上可以呼吸新鮮空氣，浴室除了企缸，還有日式浸浴，而且房間很大，女主人carol弄的早餐很好吃，有一個早上遲了下去吃早餐，還以為已沒得吃，怎知店主夫婦還在等我們，非常好，會推薦朋友來，有機會一定再來。

民宿很新，看得出屋主花了很多心思在屋內的設計及擺設上，客廳、飯廳、走廊、樓梯梯等各處都有不同漂亮的裝飾品，是屋主從歐洲各國買回來的。屋主也很好客熱情，給了很好的觀光點意見。民宿大緻上無可挑剔，唯一小小的缺點是浴室的水壓不太好，沐浴比較花時間。但是下次去宜蘭還是會選這家民宿。
